Design

We work closely with our clients to provide a full design service on industrial, data centre, commercial, and residential projects throughout the UK, producing stage 5 design drawings, 3D models, calculations, consultancy, and value engineering.

Projects include:

  • Amazon EMA4 – Full MEP design management service and project coordination including compliance and witnessing.
  • The Clarendon – A brand new 24 floor, mixed use development in Hertfordshire. For this we provided a full set of stage 5 drawings and calculations, BIM model for containment systems throughout the building and extensive coordination and planning.
  • Apple Store- Production of the electrical model and management of the MEP & sprinkler models, including clash detection and a VR workshop for a store in Buckinghamshire.
  • Kensington Hall Gardens- Full detailed design.
  • Kensington Hall Gardens- BIM Model.
