BIM model and clash detection for technology retail store

Overview:

Our team recently managed the MEP BIM model and clash process for a well known technology store retail unit. This entailed the 3D modelling of the electrical, security and fire models and the management of the mechanical and sprinkler models. Our team ran weekly clash coordination workshops, model management and consultancy to provide a coordinated clash free design and accurate model data.

Results:

• Completion Date: Project 1 November 2023 and Project 2: May 2024.
• Performance Metrics: 3000+ clashes and design issues resolved.
