MEP design management for complex automation and distribution centres

Overview:

For this project we worked closely with our long term customer Winvic, to manage the MEP design, coordination & compliance on a fully automated robotics distribution centre for Amazon.

These projects are challenging, requiring detailed coordination between multiple stakeholders on programme critical projects. AM provided a full MEP design management service and MEP project coordination including compliance and witnessing.

Results:

• Completion Date: November 2023

• Performance Metrics: £30m + MEP package coordinated and handed over at PC. Successful relationships formed and maintained with all client vendors, resulting a collaborative & successful project.
